Arena PvP is an equalized style of PvP in Blade and Soul. You access it through the CrossServer Menu after reaching level 15 and completing the required quest. There are two game modes, 1v1 and 3v3 tag matches. Participating in either game mode will grant the Player Zen Beans to purchase PvP exclusive equipment, outfits, skillbooks, and Soulstones.
Challenging other martial artists in player vs. player combat can come in a variety of different ways within Blade & Soul, from testing your skills in World PvP with a Faction uniform equipped, to entering the Arena and competing against other martial artists.
- Blade and soul Emote Mix I hope you like them.
- Nov 28, 2015 So I've been trying to 'duel' if you will against my friend but every time one of us launches a game in the PvP menu we keep getting 'Lobby is film's issues. We tryed making passworded lobbys but they just say you don't meet the requirements. We did this multiple times and still no success.
- Blade Dancer. Revised the skill tooltip of Blade Dancer Common Storm. Changed Focus recovery per enemy hit from 2 to 3. Thundering Blade Wounding Strikes critical rate bonus is now 5%. Changed the Dual Strike skill effect when the Air Resistance Talent is selected. Removed the effect of casting Dual Strike 3 times consecutively.
When entering the Arena [F9], all players have their equipment and character level equalized. A level 20 player, for example, will scale up to be able to compete against a max level player. But if you’re serious about Arena competition, reaching max level should be a priority.
The Arena system will match you up with an opponent of similar skill, based on their ranking, to provide the most even and fair competition possible. If you’d rather practice your martial skills and not affect your ranking, you can choose to spar with other players by selecting the Sparring option at the bottom of the Arena Lobby, and enter your opponent’s character name. Note that entering an opponent’s name is case sensitive.
Once your opponent has been chosen, your character will be transferred to the Dueling Grounds where you will enter a 30 second preparation period prior to starting the fight. In the preparation period, you’ll be able to adjust your skill points to contend against your opponent as you see fit. Once you’ve selected and learned your skills and are ready for battle, press Shift +F to begin the round before the preparation timer runs out.
Arena matches are best of three, with each round being determined by either the first player to reduce their opponent’s health to zero, or by the total amount of damage dealt within three minutes—if neither opponent reaches zero health. Survive two rounds to win the match!
You’ll receive PvP currency—Zen Beans—through most forms of PvP, including PvP daily quests. You’ll receive significantly more Zen Beans from winning in Arenas than from losing, and you can spend your Zen Beans on rewards, like skill upgrades, crafting, and upgrade materials. While Blade & Soul will launch with Arenas and their compelling skill-based gameplay, the biggest rewards will come from ranked competitive Seasons, and we’ll have more information after release on Seasons and how they’ll work.
Head to the Arena if you’re up to the challenge, and test your might.

There are multiple builds in Blade and Soul, and many players, especially beginners can't figure our which class should they choose. Therefore, our Joymmo.com made up this class guide for players who are into PvE in the game. Also, if you are looking to upgrade weapons for your character, you can purchase materials with Cheap Blade and Soul Gold from our website. Now let's dive in, shall we?
All the available builds can be divided into 3 general classes: tank, melee DPS, and ranged DPS, and there's quite a distinction to them. Melee DPS classes must be in melee range (<4m) to deal effective damage. Ranged DPS classes are capable of dealing damage anywhere from melee range out to 16m from the boss. Tank class in Blade and Soul isn't taking damage, but blocking and avoid damage, dancing around the boss and positioning it, so your teammates don't get hit by the boss.
Each class in Blade and Soul has 2 possible elemental builds as follows:
Blade Master: Their spammable block, reliable aggro generators, their long-lasting party invincibility frame, and the ability to strafe the boss 180 degrees quickly makes them the better tank than Kung Fu Masters in certain endgame dungeons.
Kung Fu Master: Commonly regarded as the 'offensive tank' because of their spammable block, reliable aggro generators, and multiple party offensive buffs.
Destroyer: A melee damage class with a boss grabbing ability which not only extends crowd controls but also lets everyone else do a highly damaging restraint skill, a long-lasting party invincibility frame, and the ability to rescue and protect downed party members.
Force Master: A ranged DPS class with a long-lasting party invincibility frame, an anti-projectile shroud, and rescue and protect downed party members.
Assassin: A melee jack-of-all-trades utility class, as well as melee DPS, with offensive party buffs, anti-projectile shroud, short but stealth party invincibility frame, the ability to rescue (but not protect) downed party members, and the only class with the ability to stealth their party past trash mobs before bosses.
Summoner Bmw 318 e36 manual transmission. : A ranged supportive utility class that brings strong DPS, with effective party healing, a mass party resurrection, a projectile shroud that doubles as a protection for downed party members, short party invincibility frame that stealths, moderately effective grab, and temporary aggro taunt from their cat familiar.
Blade Dancer: A melee DPS class with a boss grab that lets everyone else use a special highly damaging skill while under grab and a good party invincibility frame similar to that of Blade Master.
Warlock: A ranged DPS class with a unique offensive buff that lets everyone else use a special highly damaging skill.

Soul Fighter: A melee DPS class with effective party healing and a more reliable mass party resurrection, as well as a low-damage ranged stance. Their ability to increase maximum party health is required in some instances.
Gunslinger: A ranged DPS class with the ability to reset cooldowns and global cooldowns of other class's party invincibility frames, revives, and buffs.
How To Duel In Blade And Soul
Which Class Should You Choose?
After a short view of each build in Blade and Soul, you can have a general idea of each build are featured. As with which class should you choose in Blade and Soul? Realistically the answer is 'whatever looks cool' and 'whatever you enjoy more' because ultimately this is a game and you should play what you like. However this isn't the case. I would say the best way to figure out what to play is to watch a bunch of more recent videos on the classes and see how each one plays.
